Southside Plumbing supplied and installed a new American Standard cadet 3 toilet. Holloway and disposal of the old toilet was included.

Mark F.
Reset, toilet in the basement, new three-piece faucet, and pop up assembly in upstairs hall bathroom. Tested pressure at 100 psi. Installed new pressure reducing valve and reduced to down to 65 psi. Drilled out restrictors in master shower, and sinks for a little more flow.

Chris H.
Customer bought a widespread faucet from pottery barn. I installed the faucet in the 2nd floor hall bath.

Wes G.
Toilet was only able to slowly flush liquids, but would clog with any solids. Augered toilet to clear the trap way. Flushing well now.

Chris H.
Replaced the main line valve tree and the pressure Reducing valve. House pressure was set to 68 psi.

Purchased and installed a new Toto toilet

Southside Plumbing installed a new RG 150 T6N Bradford White in the basement of the customers home.

The P-trap connected to the standpipe for the dishwasher is leaking in the bottom of the cabinet. The existing P-trap was completely removed and replaced with a new P-trap and standpipe. Southside Plumbing came out today to take a look at the dishwasher that appeared to be malfunctioning. Client said the dishwasher would not quit running and showed us a video of the dishwasher appearing to run with the door open. After running a couple of rinse cycles through the dishwasher, we believe that the dishwasher is operating normally as far as we can see. We visually inspected all other water and drain line connections pertaining to the dishwasher and did not see any other issues.

Customer has a sump pump that has failed. In order to replace the sump pump we would have to run a new discharge line for the sump pump. The current sump pump is discharging into the sewer system. This is illegal in so many ways. The discharge needs to be plumbed to the outside. This can be done, relatively easy. See estimate for a new pump and discharge line.

Customer had an old hose Bibb that started leaking at the front of the house. We replaced the hose Bibb with a new frost proof woodford.

Trevor T.
Customer just had kitchen remodeled and we went in for the final trim hookups. Hooked up the sensor kitchen sink faucet, disposal, dishwasher, refrigerator, and range. Tested everything and ensured everything was operating properly.

The plastic drain port on a rheem water heater has a hairline crack causing the after heater pilot to go out due to lack of combustible air. The water heater currently has shark bite flex hoses connected to the water lines. This is causing a black cloudy color to the water output. To prevent this, it’s best to remove the rubber hoses and install a solid metal flex connector to prevent the internal deterioration.

Mark F.
Checked Well if it is working. Verify that there is only power to one of the pumps and not the other pump, along with electrical outlet. Need to install new pump. Also get an electrician to verify power.

Chris H.
The existing sump pump is directly hooked up to the kitchen sink drain using a straight tapped tee. Every time the sump pump goes off the kitchen sink erupts from the drains. This is dangerous and against code. The customer said this never happened before because the pump never really went off before. The only recommendation I can give is to completely repipe the discharge line to run it along the basement wall and up to the outside of the house and under the back deck.

Chris H.
Customer’s ice maker line was not working. I noticed it was connected so I went down the basement and found the needle valve. I turned it on any the fridge has water now.

Trevor T.
Customer called for a tub spout replacement and pressure issue in home. Replaced tub spout with new chrome delta spout. Replaced PRV and main valve. Pressure issue is now coming from an in-line filter the homeowner has. Discussed them buying a replacement inside filter for the main line. If issue is not remedied, I offered to cut out the filter housing and reconnect the piping free of charge. At that time we will discuss a whole home filter or water softener option.

Chris H.
I replaced the cracked backflow preventer and raised it up about 2 feet to get it out of the dirt.

Mark F.
Existing customer. Lots of water in the basement coming in from excessive rain. Could not find a sump pit, and assuming there is no perimeter drain

Mark F.
Install the new sump pump and check valve. Drilled through brick wall and Rerouted, Discharge, Line.

Wes G.
Southside plumbing will replace old sump pump with new 1/3 hp zoeller sump pump. Replace check valve. And piping going up to new check valve. Will make sure that new pump is working and pumping properly.

Wes G.
Sump pump in the sump pit closest to the water heater had failed and was not working. Southside Plumbing came out today and replaced the pump with a 1/3 hp Zoeller cast iron pump. This pump has a three-year warranty from the manufacture as well as a one year warranty on parts and labor from Southside Plumbing.

Chris H.
Cut out broken pipe and fitting just under surface level and repipe with new copper. Break is located on the supply side.

Mark F.
Installed an absolutely gorgeous gas range. Connected regulator, gas flex. Attached feet to the bottom and leveled to the countertop.

Kyle T.
Came out to look at an issue with a bathroom sink that does not have enough pressure. After taking the Fossett apart it was determined there is a flow restrictor in the spout assembly. After removing the flow restrictor flow has returned to the Fossett. There was a shower in the basement with the exact same problem that was also taken care of.

Wes G.
Installed a hot and cold hose Bibb in customers garage. Sloped the piping into the basement for winterization. Installed isolation valves and connected to water supply near mechanical room. Also replaced a filter for the house supply and replied the inlet and outlet piping where it was leaking prior.
