Southside Plumbing installed a Moen flow valve on the main waterline coming into the house. While we were here we also replaced one hose bib and repaired another.

Southside Plumbing attempted to clear an obstruction from a faucet that had low pressure. After determining the obstruction was between the handle and the spout, the old faucet was beyond repair. A new faucet supplied by the homeowner was installed in its place.

The bottom of the cabinet will be cut to access the floor under the cabinet. Once the floor is accessible, a hole will be drilled through the tile and concrete floor. To run a new drain from the bathroom sink to the copper drain in he bedroom ceiling underneath. A studor vent will be used to vent the new drain for the sink. ***There is a 72 hour processing time for the order and 7 to 10 day shipping time to have parts in hand. This is time sensitive to go through process. Let us know asap to schedule work***

Toilet is leaking when flushed. I will pull and reset the master bath toilet. The flange should be raised up, when possible. The existing flange is over an inch lower than the floor.

Client would like an ice maker installed in a break room. We will need to remove the old one and connect the water line to the ice maker being installed.

This includes removing the existing cast iron drains, lead piping, galvanized piping, some disconnected copper pipe, the existing toilet, and the old waste and overflow for the existing bathtub. A new copper drain line will be installed to hook up a new American Standard toilet (supplied by SouthSide plumbing) and existing bathtub. The drain for the bathtub will be completely repiped with a new p-trap and chrome waste and overflow. A new supply line for the new toilet will also be installed with a new shutoff and supply line. All parts and materials needed to install a new toilet and run new drains for the tub and toilet are included in this estimate. Any work, if needed, to sister floor joists or patch any holes or fix any tile are not included and wouldn’t be done through SouthSide Plumbing. If any additional work is wanted in association with the boiler system/radiator piping, there would be an extra charge ranging from an additional $475+. It would depend on the sc
