Everyone was more than helpful! Heather was very pleasant on the phone and got us in right away. She even called back to get us earlier! Kyle was our plumber and he went above and beyond, explaining everything to me and even gluing together an old pipe that had disconnected that we hadn't mentioned. As for pricing im not sure since I am a renter. The service was incredible and very happy with the end result. Very professional and got our drain cleaned out. Thanks guys!

Trevor and Mike came yesterday to install a shower pan and did miscellaneous related plumbing jobs in order to replace a shower head. They did a great job. They were very knowledgeable, professional and polite. Throughly cleaned up when they were done. I highly recommend Southside Plumbing and these two employees.

Mark and Christina came to diagnose a drain pipe leak in the basement. They were on time and efficient in repairing the leak. Price was reasonable and I am happy with their work.

We called a few plumbers on a job to bring the laundry box valves up to code, and Mark from Southside was the first to call me back and with a reasonable price, and they could also schedule me right away. Whereas the other plumbers I called either gave ridiculously high prices and tried to sell me memberships, or they couldn't come in early enough to help. So I'm very glad to find Southside. Chris the master plumber also did a fantastic job replacing the valves, in a timely manner, leaving the work site clean as well. I will definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.
I've had these guys out to my house twice in two weeks, and I can't say enough good things about the work they do.
