I've needed Southside three times in the past two years...for a new water heater (they had the best price), a new shut off valve for my sprinklers, and most recently to fix a phantom noise in one of my toilets. After nearly three hours of troubleshooting, Kyle was able to find a small plastic/ceramic thing was stuck in the water line and remove it. Problem solved. Would use these guys again in a heartbeat.

Wesley (plumber) and Heather (scheduler) we're both great to work with. I will definitely call them first for plumbing work in the future.They're a small company who really cares. They offered a couple of times to reschedule my service for earlier when openings came up. Had my leak been more urgent or had I been available during those times, I would have taken them up on the offer. I've worked with other big companies in the past who are always trying to get you to buy/do something you don't need just to get your money, but Southside wasn't like this at all!

I was referred to Southside Plumbing from a friend and have used them twice now. The people I spoke with on the phone were friendly and able to get me booked right away. Both times Wes came out to do the work. He’s was very kind, professional and gave me a fair estimate. He installed/replaced item’s quickly and cleaned up his work area when he was done. He walked me through the completed work. I appreciate the great communication and excellent service I received from Southside. I definitely recommend them, especially Wes!

Best plumbing company. I’ve lived in the Denver Metro area for 43 years. There isn’t a better plumbing company. Mark the owner at Southside had done a prior plumbing job that was superb. Had a problem today with a significant leak and had to turn off the water. Called Southside and Trevor, a Master Plumber and Manager, was at our house within 1.5 hours. He carefully examined things that could have led to the leak, quickly diagnosed the problem, and clearly explained the repair and the cost to repair it. The price was very fair. He repaired it, tested it, and then tested our overall water pressure to ensure we didn’t have a condition that could lead to later similar problems. As he did the work, he spent time explaining things like the reasons for the failure. He asked if we had any other plumbing issues that he might be able to assist us with and clearly explained three options for working that potential problem – two options from Southside and a DIY. Can’t say enough good things about Trevor – intelligent, courteous, professional, thorough…… and about Southside Plumbing.

Everyone was more than helpful! Heather was very pleasant on the phone and got us in right away. She even called back to get us earlier! Kyle was our plumber and he went above and beyond, explaining everything to me and even gluing together an old pipe that had disconnected that we hadn't mentioned. As for pricing im not sure since I am a renter. The service was incredible and very happy with the end result. Very professional and got our drain cleaned out. Thanks guys!

Trevor and Mike came yesterday to install a shower pan and did miscellaneous related plumbing jobs in order to replace a shower head. They did a great job. I hired Southside Plumbing to fix a leak and replace pipes under my kitchen sink. Kyle and Mike were very pleasant to work with and they did an excellent job. And the cost was not that expensive.
