Southside plumbing replaced the tub shoe(drain) and over floe cover. Replaced with all new pieces and made water tight seal using silicone.

Southside plumbing did a leak investigation for water leak that was coming from upstairs bathroom. Cut the drywall below and determined that the issue was a bad shower cartridge. Southside plumbing replaced Kohler cartridge and tested for leaks. Upon further inspection there was a leak on the hot water cpvc line going to shower. Southside plumbing cut a hole in drywall behind shower valve, cut out defective pipe and replaced with a shark bite coupling and copper going to valve. This took care of the leaks.

Southside plumbing augered main floor toilet that was not flushing. Removed some type of wipe, and toilet was working fine.

Southside plumbing replaced the first valve on backflow coming from house to landscape line. Old valve was cracked and leaking. Replaced with new drain port and copper. Turned water on to backflow and tested work for leaks. Left sprinkler valve off and drained down the line inside home.

Inspected water heater and had no leaks. No visible leaks anywhere in the home or area where homeowner had issues. Spoke about couple possibilities, but didn’t want to disturb any walls or flooring with no real symptoms presenting themselves at time of inspection.

Removed existing toilet on the 1st floor hall bath. Installed a new American Standard. 1 year warranty on parts and labor for toilet. The existing flange was rusty but still holding strong. I would recommend replacing the flange when the toilet becomes loose, leaks, or replaced. I tested the toilet, after install and found no leaks or problems.

Installed a new shutoff valve for a 1/4” copper line. There was a bad leak in the system and the shutoff valve wasn’t working. We replaced the shutoff valve so we can shut the water off and fix the leak in the line. We also used a 1/4” compression coupling to repair a broken tee. Customer decided they would not use the swamp cooler anymore so the didn’t need the tee replaced, just a coupling.

Bradford White Model #RG250T6N This water heater holds 50 gallons of water and produces 81 gallons of water in the first hour. Water heater code now requires water heaters to have an expansion tank. The expansion tank protects the water heater, but requires a full functioning pressure reducing valve to properly protect the water heater.

Smart Home Plumbing Installation: In response to a homeowner's desire for advanced water monitoring and control, our skilled plumbing team embarked on the installation of the Moen Flo Smart Water System in their residential property. Our project began with a comprehensive evaluation of the home's water supply and plumbing infrastructure. We then expertly integrated the Moen Flo system, positioning it strategically within the plumbing network. This innovative system provides real-time water usage data, detects leaks, and allows remote shut-off, offering homeowners complete control and peace of mind. By installing the Moen Flo Smart Water System, we not only enhanced water management but also safeguarded the property from potential water damage.

Southside Plumbing came out today to look at a leak under the kitchen sink. After testing the sink and running some water we discovered that there was a leak coming from one of the P-trap connectors. The connector was tightened up along with all other drain connectors under the sink. The sink was then ran with lots of water and no other leaks were found.

Southside Plumbing came out to investigate a leak coming through the living room ceiling. After inspecting the toilet and discovering it to be rocking a bit, the toilet was suspected as the source of the leak. We discovered that the toilet was not leaking however it was rocking due to a broken edge of the flange. The toilet was reset using a bracket to support the broken edge and a new wax seal. After seeing no sign of a leak under the toilet we then began investigating the tub for leaks. The tub shoe was missing a gasket causing the tub to drip under heavy flow. Southside Plumbing rebuilt the drain assembly and tested it for leaks.

Install a new kitchen sink faucet, under warranty. The faucet I installed is leaking from inside the body of the faucet. I will replace the faucet entirely as being covered by warranty.

I removed the existing saddle tap and repiped the copper line to accommodate a new ice maker shutoff.

When I arrived, water was pouring out of the kitchen sink cabinet. Water was flowing out of the open drain (p-trap was disconnected). I snaked the kitchen drain through the waste arm. I cleaned the line with the snake 3x. When all drains were reconnected and tested. I ran the dishwasher and filled the basin up 3x. The drains are running free and clear with no leaks. I also noticed the kitchen faucet was not shutting off very easily and had a bent up handle. I replaced the existing Delta pull down sprayer with a Moen pull down sprayer.

Southside Plumbing flushed the water heater that we installed in January 2020. Recommended that we flush it annually. Also took burner assembly apart and cleaned burner assembly, there was a lot of debris on the burner itself, and the inside base of water heater. Cleaned out with shop vac as nest I could and put it all back together. Reattached burner assembly and tested to make sure heater was working. No issues when I left.

-In main floor hallway, bathroom toilet. I’m a little lost. - Replace the toilet tank flush handle. - New toilet flapper - Tighten up tank to bowl. -shamed around the base of the toilet, and putting white caulking to prevent from additional movement of the base of the toilet. - did not have to lift the tank off the bowl to do the work.

Southside Plumbing came out today to replace a pressure regulator. Client was told by another person that the pressure in their house was about 100 psi and it was determined that the pressure regulator needed to be replaced. A new all brass pressure regulator was installed in the old ones place. Additionally there were two delta faucets that were needing cartridge replacements because they were leaking.

Customer had problems with hammering in the water system when the irrigation came on. They also had problems with water pressure throughout the home. I tested the house pressure to be 110 psi. I checked the expansion tank on the water heater because this is one of the first things to go when pressure jumps up that high. The bladder within the expansion tank has blown and should be replaced. I gave estimates to replace the pressure reducing valve and change the expansion tank. Both are needed by code. The Client decided to just replace the pressure reducing valve, for now.

The homeowner had some concerns that had been brought up by a home inspection. The house pressure was tested to be about 102 psi. The kitchen sink was draining slow and coming out of the dishwasher drain in the cabinet. The master bath sinks had a problem with the stoppers and with draining. The kitchen sink handle was also said to be loose. The sump pump was flagged as a concern due to it not being plugged into the gfci receptacle above the floor. The sump pump is plugged into a receptacle under the floor, in the crawl space. The pump is in a sealed pit with a hard wired alarm. When the pump fails, the alarm will sound to allow homeowners to be aware of the faulty pump. I don’t see any issues with the installation of the pump. If there is any issue with the gfci, I recommend consulting with an electrician. -I installed a new pressure reducing valve and set house pressure to 68 psi (tested from the side hosebib). -I snaked the kitchen sink drain to clear blockage. I went in 75 feet an
