Professional knowledgeable and friendly, a trifecta. The work was high quality and the areas around each project were immaculate afterwards which is a huge bonus. The whole house water filter installation and sump quiet check valve was explained and/or demonstrated. I’m looking forward to better tasting and safer water along with a more peaceful home when it rains because of the significant noise reduction.

Customer had concerns about water leaking from the master bath shower through the ceiling below. The homeowner tore down the wet ceiling in the basement before I arrived. I didn’t see much water in the ceiling. No major water signs from damage on the subfloor or joists. I ran the shower to test the plumbing. There were no signs of leaks. Everything was dry. I saw cracks in between the tile on the pony wall. I recommend calling a tile guy to regrout and seal.

Installed a new sump pump, used the existing silent check valve. While there found a very tiny leak on a 1” threaded portion of a water filter. Made proper repair, turned on the water test.

Bradford White Model #RG250T6N This water heater holds 50 gallons of water and produces 81 gallons of water in the first hour. Water heater code now requires water heaters to have an expansion tank. The expansion tank protects the water heater, but requires a full functioning pressure reducing valve to properly protect the water heater.

Plumbing Backflow Repair near Red Cliff Way. Upon receiving a service call regarding a backflow issue, I promptly arrived at the client's property to address the problem. After assessing the situation, I determined that the backflow preventer valve was faulty, compromising the integrity of the plumbing system. To restore proper functioning and prevent the reverse flow of water, I expertly replaced the defective backflow preventer valve with a new one. The client was relieved to have their plumbing system safeguarded against backflow.
