I had a water leak in my basement and needed emergency plumbing services on a Sunday. Southside Plumbing was very responsive and dispatched Trevor to repair the leak. He was awesome, showing up on time, clearly communicating the work to be done, and completing it in a quick and professional manner. He even took time to show me where my water shut-off is located in my front yard and to go into my crawl space to assess the amount of water a restoration company will need to address. I couldn't be happier, and give Southside Plumbing my highest recommendation!

Excellent experience with Chris today- just wow. I wasn’t sure what to expect, as it was my first time calling a plumber as a new-ish homeowner, but Chris was extremely informative, and truly had my household’s best interest in mind. I cannot stress enough how much I appreciated him making sure everything he told me was comprehensive. I’ll call this company for literally any and all of my plumbing needs moving forward. Also, honorable mention goes out to Heather in the office for being so kind and sending Chris out same day. Awesome company with lots of integrity. Don’t think twice about trusting them with your needs.

Mark and Southside plumbing were amazing. We had a complete failure of an under the house sewer line. Mark’s team was great, professional and courteous. We had a few bids, and Southside was able to come up with a better solution that helped us save money. Highly recommend Southside and would use them again.

I've used them several times (most recently, a frozen pipe, and an elective installation of a water line in the basement) and they are professional and helpful. Kyle and Trevor have been great to work with personally (good communication throughout, helpful education) and they collaborated well with other contractors involved in the water line project. I trust them and appreciate their work.

Trevor and the team at Southside plumbing were great to work with. He was able to repair a burst pipe within a few hours of the incident happening and they also gave me all my options for repairing some bad plumbing. Trevor went over pricing beforehand to make sure I was okay with everything and was even willing to help work with my insurance. Can't thank Southside enough for the help!

I highly recommend Southside Plumbing. Their office staff follows up on questions, and the Technician they sent out was a real Plumber who served an Apprenticeship in order to earn his Journeyman status. The work was done timely and the price was as quoted, no surprises.

I was very happy with everything Chris (Southside) did. I would say he was the most efficient contractor I’ve ever used. Chris was straight forward about all my options and we discussed the pros and cons and cost of each one before moving ahead. Definitely a 5 star experience! Mark and Mike did an excellent job of explaining the work they were doing. Since we are getting ready to put our house on the market, Mark did a courtesy whole house inspection of our plumbing systems, with his recommendations for the few updates and repairs needed. These are readily visible items that are nice to see on a 20 year old house. Southside has done occasional work for us over many years, and we’ve always been very satisfied with their work!

Very pleased with the services provided today by Kyle Taylor and Gabriel Darden from Southside Plumbing. They arrived as scheduled the day following me contacting Southside. This was the first time Southside provided services to us. A kitchen drain cleaning was needed along with a new disposal installation (pre purchased). Both individuals were knowledgeable, friendly and willingly answered numerous questions. The project was completed timely and in an excellent workman like manner. We could not have been more pleased.
