This guy had a pleasant personality. He is a truly competent master plumber. He is now our of a plumber for our next job. Could not have been any better!
Plumber did a good job completing what we requested but we thought we were grossly overcharged. Be sure they are transparent about the $ on the phone, not when plumber arrives at your home.
Michael was engaging, courteous, well informed, and very professional. Presented options noting both pros and cons without pushing any work beyond what we wanted. We’ll ask for him next time!
Definitely a 5 star experience! Mark and Mike did an excellent job of explaining the work they were doing. Since we are getting ready to put our house on the market, Mark did a courtesy whole house inspection of our plumbing systems, with his recommendations for the few updates and repairs needed. These are readily visible items that are nice to see on a 20 year old house. Southside has done occasional work for us over many years, and we’ve always been very satisfied with their work!
Southside sent Michael to my home less than 2 hours after I called. Michael was wonderful. He explained everything thoroughly and did excellent work. I will absolutely use Southside in the future and have already them to my friends.

Very pleased with the services provided today by Kyle Taylor and Gabriel Darden from Southside Plumbing. They arrived as scheduled the day following me contacting Southside. This was the first time Southside provided services to us. A kitchen drain cleaning was needed along with a new disposal installation (pre purchased). Both individuals were knowledgeable, friendly and willingly answered numerous questions. The project was completed timely and in an excellent workman like manner. We could not have been more pleased. My wife and I both highly recommend Southside Plumbing and their excellent staff members.
