We have used Southside Plumbing multiple times for various issues. Each time they are very responsive and are able to address our issues. For our latest issue, we have had a reoccurring issue with the way our kitchen drain was plumbed and vented after a kitchen remodel. Our drain was constantly backing up and causing damage to the cabinet. We finally were tired of dealing with it and called to have it re-done. Trevor explained exactly what he was going to do. He was very professional, he had an apprentice with him and was explaining the job to him also. We will continue to call Southside Plumbing for our future plumbing needs.

We had Southside Plumbing out to investigate a water hammer issue. They checked our water pressure (very high) and examined our main intake. They changed the pressure regulator, faulty valves and some adjacent pipes. A valve at the humidifier line was also changed at our request. Kyle and Gage did a nice job and were pleasant to work with. Later on we found a small leak at the intake which Kyle returned to fix. And despite our new normal water pressure, our sprinklers were not popping up on all zones. Kyle advised me over the phone it could be due to the curbside valve not being fully reopened following their repairs. I had to call our water utility out and they nudged it fully open. This fixed our sprinkler issue, and so far the water hammer is gone!
We have had Southside Plumbing to our house multiple times over the last 4or5 years, and we will continue to use them in the future. They are professional and courteous, and their work has been solid every time. Good guys who do good work!
After a frustrating experience of being ghosted by several plumbers who didn’t return calls or failed to show for scheduled estimates, Mark and his team were a breath of fresh air. The estimate was fair and accurate. They showed when they said they would and the work was thorough. It is important to hire a plumber who cares
We just went to a job to fix a repair that another plumber had previously repaired. The homeowner said that he had repaired the garbage disposal, and it was still leaking. We got there and technically the other plumber did repair the garbage disposal. If you look closely, where the pipe attached to the garbage disposal, there is a new screw.
We got there and saw the mess. The previous plumber left a mess and didn’t notice the valve leaking. We repaired ALL of the issues, and we even cleaned the area up a little bit.
