Southside Plumbing will provide and install a Moen Flo valve. The Moen Flo is a smart valve that will detect water flow and shut the water down in the event of a leak. The Flo valve detects flow in the water line and will shut the valve down in when unexpected flow occurs. Moen Flow is operated using the smart phone app from Moen. The app slows you to control the Flo from your phone. The estimate includes the installation and the cost to purchase the Flo valve. The valve was installed on the incoming main water line that is feeding into the cold water manifold. A shutoff valve is located immediately upstream of the Flo valve. The valve was installed and connected with the Moen app while we were on site.
