We removed customers old kitchen sink, faucet, garbage disposal, and under sink drainage piping and installed all new customer supplied equipment for the kitchen as well as built new drainage piping. During installation the dishwasher flex began leaking so we provided a new flex.
Customer has a broken shower valve. He will get more quotes and maybe might call us back to fix it.
Found water dripping from a 3 inch vent line in the mechanical room. Gave an estimate for diagnosing source of leak. Went upstairs to the owners above to see if they are any issues, Found none. Cut out drywall above the water heater and found two leaks coming from the same line. Cut out to 90° elbows and put in new piping along with some couplings. This one gave me for my money, it was definitely a difficult location to work in. Also found some ductwork that was disconnected in the ceiling, use silver tape to reconnect that. Wouldn’t be concerned on re-drywalling, as it is in the ceiling of the mechanical room.
A hose was stuck on the Bibb in the backyard. Southside Plumbing was able to free the hose and disconnect it with pliers. After cleaning the threads and testing out the hose Bibb, the existing unit appears to be in good working order. Pricing was given for replacement but the
Replaced a faucet on the main floor bathroom
Cleared kitchen sink blockage with snake. I hit the blockage around 20 feet. There was another difficult area at about 40 feet. Since the line is draining free and clear, now, there is no further need to look at the other areas. If the line backs up again, in the near future, we can look deeper into the rest of the drain line/s. There is no warranty on drain cleanings.
Gave estimates for water heater and mixing valve
Tightened up the hot side flex hose in the master bathroom and the leak stopped.

Upon arrival, speak to the customer over the phone and discuss current issues. Customer stated that the irrigation gate valve needs to be replaced provide evaluation and build estimates to present to the customer over the phone. Receive authorization to complete work over the phone. Turn off water to house and isolate Irrigation valve. Cut out old irrigation valve and install new. Turn on water and test for leaks. No leaks found at this time. One year parts and labor warranty on irrigation shut off only.
The tenant bought a shower head to replace the loose one. I spoke with Deniese, the owner, to get approval for work. She approved over the phone. I installed the client supplied shower head in the 2nd floor hall bath tub/shower. I also got a little burned by the hot water. I tested it to be 172 degrees. This high water temp is very dangerous and can scald you immediately (under 1 sec). I reduced the temperature and also noticed heavy scaling on the number 2 gate valve. I recommend keeping an eye on the corrosion on the number 2 (make sure the leak doesn’t start up again). Also, keep an eye on the sharkbite fittings of the water heater and the plastic pressure reducing valve.

Receive authorization to complete work. Remove leaking fittings in section of pipe and replace. Run water for 10 minutes to test for leaks. No leaks found at this time. One year parts and labor warranty.
Customer had water leaking in the ceiling of the basement. They heard water leaking in the ceiling of the basement so they shut the main water off and called us. I cut the ceiling to find a 1/2” sharkbite tee had burst at one of the connections. I replaced all sharkbite fittings in the area with the new ones. All connections were tested after completion and there were no more leaks. I visually tested and also saw the meter was not flowing.
Upon arrival to talk to customer about current issues. Customer stated that the disposal is leaking. Provide thorough evaluation and determined that the disposal is leaking from the bottom and needs to be replaced. Build estimate and present options to customer. Receive authorization to complete work. Remove old disposal and install new run water to test for leaks. No leaks found at this time. One year parts and labor warranty.
I installed a client supplied widespread faucet in the basement bathroom. There is a one year warranty on workmanship.
Arrive to complete pre-sold work. Turn off gas to water heater and remove old flex line. Install new flex lines to water heater. Turn on gas and use a bubble solution to test for leaks. No leaks found at this time. Fire up water heater. Everything functioning properly at this time. One year parts and labor warranty.
Turned off water at Underground key located in the driveway. Installed a new Main water valve to the house. Also installed the new pressure reducing though lower the pressure from 95 psi to 65 psi. Verified everything was working. Have a good phenomenal weekend. Mark

Take a look at customer supplied products and determine that the sink that the customer purchased is not the right size and they will have to get one the proper size before the install can be completed. suggest a customer take a trip to the Ferguson show room with pictures and measurements to get the correct size sink.
Thank you for calling us back, here is a synopsis of the day. Turned off water to the house, and drained from the water system. Installed Two new compression valves under the main floor bathroom sink, and three new compression valves to the kitchen sink. Installed new kitchen sink faucet. For the bathroom, we had to pull pedestal sink from the wall to be able to install the new faucet, and drain. Rehung the pedestal sink and put caulking around for extra stability. Tested everything to make sure there are no leaks.
Customer had low pressure concerns. I checked the pressure and made a small adjustment to give them 70 psi at the hosebib
Upon arrival talk to customer about current issues. Customer stated that she got a water bill that was higher than normal while she was out of town and believed it was the shower. Provide thorough evaluation and determined that the toilet fill valve is running and the toilet should be partially rebuilt. Build estimates and present options to customer. Receive authorization to complete work. Turn off water at toilet and replace fill valve and supply line. I did not have the right flapper to install so a $50 discount was given to the customer. Turn on water to toilet and test.everything functioning properly at this time. One year parts, and labor warranty. While talking to the customer, she stated that she sometimes smells gas near her water heater. Build estimates for the customer to go over and decide whether to fix the gas leak or replace the heater.
Repaired 2 broken 1 1/2” ABS vents through the roof. The roofer met me on-site and placed the pipe I gave them through the roof and I glued both pipes onto the existing vents in the wall of the shower and closet of the master bath.
Replaced a Delta shower cartridge in the master bathroom. Pressure was checked. It’s at 80 psi due to this we will not be able to warranty the cartridge in place.
Replaced the anode rods in both water heaters and installed an expansion tank
