Glad to get the pressure tank installed to get your reverse osmosis water up and running again. Cut out approximately 4 feet of copper piping and replaced it with new plastic piping, everything tested OK. Wishing you the best on the new adventure of working with the kindergartners. Customer wanted a second opinion on a floor drain which we tested and did not back up he will call if any issue arises.

The laundry drain was snaked out in an attempt to get the water to drain faster. The drain seems to be about the same and we believe the basket strainer is the issue.

Disconnected cast-iron fittings and piping from the roof drain. Found out there was a split Roberto, hub band that had caused the leak. Installed all new 5 inch bands are connected onto the existing cast-iron fittings, which we had sandblasted before reinstalling. Made a slight adjustment on one of the Clevis hangers. Everything fitted really well, and snug. Appreciate giving us the opportunity to work on your building, let us know how else we can help you out in the future. The vacuum breaker on the outside of the house is leaking in multiple areas and Southside Plumbing Replaced the whole unit.
Increased pressure to the master bathroom shower.
Pro-press valve was leaking, repressed it and it still was leaking. I replaced it with a new valve.
Did a partial tree rebuild and set the pressure to 62psi
Did a partial tree rebuild and installed a new meter yoke
Installed a customer supplied gas quick connect for an outdoor grill.
Replaced the main valve tree and a faucet on the main level
Made repair on 1 inch copper line that was split due to freezing. Don’t forget to put me on the list this fall to change out the sprinkler valve inside the house so that this doesn’t freeze again next year.
The existing 2” drain stack is cracked in a couple of places. The bad pipe will be cut out and repiped. This includes replacing the stack and installing a new expansion coupling and part of an additional branch drain that ties into the stack. After repiping the drain stack and repairing the multiple cracks, I tested for leaks and all was dry. *1 year warranty on work done on the drain stack*
Home owner will receive a credit on the partial toilet rebuild provided they do the water heater within the month
Snaked their kitchen line, lowered the kitchen drain and built a main valve tree.
Removed existing sinks and faucets in the 2nd floor hall bath. Supplied and Installed 2 new delta faucets and 2 drop in sinks in the second florrnhall bath. Tested for leaks and all is working as it should with no leaks. Also installed shutoff valves under the 2 new sinks because the old valves didn’t turn off. Supply and install 2 new sinks and 2 new faucets for the master bathroom. I added 2 new supplies and some drain extensions to accommodate the new sinks and faucets.
The sump pump alarm is going off for a high water alarm. The view window was covered with cobwebs on the inside and it was difficult to see exactly what was going on in the pit. The lid was pulled, and we found that there are actually two pumps inside the pit. The main pump has gone bad and is fully submerged. The secondary pump is operating, but is having issues with the on/off switch and the pump is either staying on or staying off. Southside Plumbing removed both pumps and installed a single pump in the bottom. The alarm was reattached during the installation, and the alarm is still operating.
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to come to work on your home. Today we put in a AquaNot Spin 508 some pump system. Put in three porcelain sinks, four kitchen faucets,and 8 compression valves. The plumber, Chris, was friendly and explained the likely charge before he began to work. He steered us in the right direction to get a part for a brand he didn't carry but the main problem, a clogged drain, is fixed. Hopefully, we can install the popup assembly when it arrives next week. Otherwise, we'll definitely call Chris again!

I've needed Southside three times in the past two years...for a new water heater (they had the best price), a new shut off valve for my sprinklers, and most recently to fix a phantom noise in one of my toilets. After nearly three hours of troubleshooting, Kyle was able to find a small plastic/ceramic thing was stuck in the water line and remove it. Problem solved. Would use these guys again in a heartbeat.

Chris arrived soon after I made an emergency call to fix a leak at the main valve in the basement. Fortunately he was able to stop it, as it’s an older valve and very risky to tighten. And I don’t have an ark. I appreciate his quick response!

Just moved into a new house. Had a honey-do list of problems and a new kitchen sink to install. Trevor was incredibly kind and knowledgeable.
