Checked sprinkler backflow, works fine and turned on front hose Bibb.

Screw down metal flange, with new brass bolts on upstairs hallway, bathroom. Reset toilet, added on a new flex connector. shim and leveled, put caulking around the base. Also turned off the water at the front of the house to put on a new number 1/4 turn ball valve. Extended over with about 4 foot of copper piping so that the valve could be easier to reach.

Pulled and reset master bathroom toilet.

Snaked the upstairs shower drain and the down stairs bathtub drain.

The existing drains in the wall are not done to code. The waste and water lines will be repiped to get them in the wall and make room for a new washer box, remove the existing lines for a laundry tub. New waste and water lines were ran in the basement bathroom wall to clean up the plumbing wall. I made room for the new lines for the washer box, shower, sink, faucet, and toilet. The first floor hall bath tub drain also leaked. The entire waste and overflow was also replaced to repair the leak. The kitchen sink drain leaked as well. There was a break under the sanitary tee. I repiped the kitchen sink drain to repair the break and increase flow. The drain lines under the slab were broken caste iron pipes. There were multiple breaks on the basement toilet line, the shower line and the main trunk line. The caste iron was removed and replaced with pvc. A new water heater was installed due to the rust and corrosion of the existing water heater. The water heater was 19 years old at the time o

Reset the toilet and hooked up vanity.

Installed new main valve tree. Also put in all new drain piping behind kitchen sink and routed to the basement, all the way to the floor. Came back the next day to make repair on vinyl basement floor that was damaged while performing work.

Countertops were replaced and a new Undermount sink was installed with the Countertops. Southside Plumbing reconnected the drain lines, water lines, and also installed a RO System. The drain line had to be lowered due to the conversion from a top mounted sink to an under mounted sink. New drain piping was used for the installation. The RO could not be completed to 100% because the faucet will interfere with the backsplash installation. The client was quoted an additional dispatch fee of $65 to come back and finish the installation.

Replace hose bibb on front corner of the house with an owner provided woodford.

Repaired condensate drain line.

The cartridges were replaced in the master tub faucet due to dripping at the spout. After rebuilding the faucet, the spout is no longer leaking.

Rheem water heater won’t relight. Attempted to relight pilot light several times, and no success. Need a replacement pilot assembly. Vent is very dirty and sooted around draft diverter. Burner assembly needs to be cleaned and pilot assembly replaced. Replacement pilot assembly #SP20127. -On second trip we installed a new gas control valve, but heater was having issues with the flame. Ended up purchasing and selling a new 75 gallon water heater.

Replaced PRV and hose bibb on front corner of the home

Installed new filters for reverse osmosis system, and also installed a flood stop.

Installed a customer supplied toilet and reset the toilet upstairs hallway.

Replaced a hose Bibb.

The toilet located in the hall bathroom upstairs was visibly leaking when it was flushed. The toilet was pulled so the flange and the wax ring could be inspected. The flange is in good condition however the wax ring that was used is a wax less seal and the seal has failed. The toilet was reset using a traditional wax ring. The toilet was also shimmed and caulked to the floor to prevent it from shifting/rocking. A new water supply line was attached and the toilet appears to be in good working order.

An automated smart valve was installed on the mainline coming into the home. The line is 3/4 of an inch and the smart valve was installed downstream of the pressure regulator. There is also an additional manual backup valve up stream from the smart valve. The smart valve is theFlo series from Moen. The power cord supplying the valve with electricity was routed to a nearby outlet that is protected by a GFCI.

Completed rough-in of all topout plumbing for the basement bathroom addition. Installed shower pan.

Replaced a washer box. Parts and labor warrantied for a year.

Bradford White Model #RG240T6N This water heater holds 40 gallons of water and produces 75 gallons of water in the first hour. Water heater code now requires water heaters to have an expansion tank. The expansion tank protects the water heater, but requires a full functioning pressure reducing valve to properly protect the water heater.

Tackled nasty kitchen drain clog in Louviers residence. Sink completely backed up with standing water + bad odor. Snake couldn't clear it completely. Brought in hydro-jetter equipment – blasted through years of grease buildup about 15' down the line. Ran camera after to confirm pipe now 100% clear all the way to main. No pipe damage found! Flushed system with enzyme treatment. Advised on proper disposal practices for cooking oils. No more backup problems!

Drain cleaned the upstairs kids bathroom sink and bathtub. I also installed a customer supplied fill valve and lubricated the hot side handle in the upstairs bathroom.

Cleared main line with the Spartan 300 through the cleanout access in the floor drain. Camera’d line and looked good. 1 low point at a fitting juncture was found, but overall good condition of piping.

The tub trap had a crack in the line just downstream of the trap 90. I cut the trap out in the ceiling of the laundry room (2nd floor hall bath tub/shower) and bored out the fitting to install a new trap. We also made a spot repair for the 3 inch drain that also had a small crack in it. We tested for leaks and found all joints to be dry.
